Collected at Olbia airport. Guga and Fran booked their own directly, so the desk is whichever supplier each of them used. Back Wed 26 at 16:00, full-to-full.

Via Degli Astronauti, Olbia. Bought on the way in: €177.93 charged on 22 Aug (Revolut, still showing pending until 27 Aug). The set was budgeted at €15–30, so that's a much bigger basket — worth checking the beach tennis set is actually in it before Wednesday, because there is no beach tennis hire at Budoni's beach and that's the whole reason for the stop.

Località Malamuri, Budoni. Mon–Sat 08:00–20:00, closed Sunday — and Sunday is the boat day, so this stop had no second chance. This was also the chá de bar bottle run.

Window was 16:00–21:00 (€30 late fee from 21:00, €50 from 22:00), so no surcharge. Due on the spot were the €2,000 card pre-auth and the tourist tax in cash — see the note under Calls to make; neither is written down anywhere yet. Photograph the villa's condition if nobody did — it's an Airbnb booking, so AirCover applies, and the €500 waste penalty comes out of that deposit on Wednesday.

Deliberately low-key. The BBQ costs €200 on site — Hugo booked it with the manager on 21 Aug. Food is the big shop. Chá de bar bottles presented, beer pong, appoint the kangaroo-court judge. The villa does have a TV; board games only if someone packed them.

This is the leave time, not the start time. ~25 min to Porto San Paolo.

Sole Sale private full-day charter, 6.5 h, back ashore ~16:30. Tavolara + Molara, disembark on Tavolara, 3–5 stops, snorkel gear, seafood lunch with wine, fruit, coffee and pastries aboard. Not a rush tour. Max and Simona take WhatsApp only, never email.

Highest-rated local seafood open on a Sunday, 4.3/5, 08:00–23:00. No reservation exists — ring ahead. Fallback: Dal Pirata, Via del Porto 69, Porto Ottiolu, 7 days 19:00–24:00.

No early start, on purpose, after the boat day. Beach tennis, cards, nothing.

~30 min inland to San Teodoro. Leave time, not check-in time.

6 of us on 3 quads (Arty isn't going), ~3.5–4 h, back ~18:30. Rio Pitrisconi / Monte Nieddu. Guide, helmet, insurance and fuel included. Closed-toe trainers you don't mind wrecking — sliders get refused — and sunglasses as eye protection.

~1.5 h turnaround, ~25–30 min drive. Tight but that was the accepted trade for the lie-in.

Drive in, eat casually wherever, roll into the night. Nothing is reserved and that is the plan. Unbooked options if a name helps: Bal Harbour at La Cinta (churrasco + DJ pool party, dinner and the night in one place), Griglieria da Simona in Straulas (à la carte, fillet €26, steak €18), L'Osteria di San Teodoro in the centre. None of them is checked for a walk-in table of 7.

€1pp booked online with code HUSMPR, plus ~€2.50/hr parking which is not included — carry coins. If the slots were full, La Cinta needs no booking (3 km of sand, kite/SUP/windsurf hire at KiteGym).

Argentine cuts, Wagyu, American BBQ. 4.8★ from 700+. Dinner only 19:00–23:30, open 7 days. ~€50–70pp. They have a private group room. Nobody has a confirmation of a table or a time — ring today and pin it down. Two sober drivers for the Olbia run.

The big night was Monday. Wednesday's 10:30 check-out has a €500 waste penalty attached and seven people to pack — that's what tonight is protecting.

Bins sorted and put out before you leave. Organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans, non-recyclable. The waste-sorting penalty is up to €500, assessed at check-out against the €2,000 deposit, plus 3% on anything outstanding. Ask the agent which days collection falls on.

~10 min, free, no booking. Bags stay in the two car boots — no paid storage needed, the cars are going to the airport at 16:00 anyway, which is where the luggage needs to be. Cover anything visible with a towel at the beach car park. Beach tennis tournament and kangaroo-court sentencing.

Olbia airport, full-to-full — fuel up before you return them. 16:00 is deliberate: it leaves room to refuel and still make the 17:40 gate. There's petrol at Porto Ottiolu (~10 min from the villa) if you'd rather do it on the way out of Budoni.

Lands 19:35 London. Both times are local — it's a 2 h 25 flight. No hold bags, so no bag drop.

Each lad brings a bottle to stock Guga's home bar, all presented at the BBQ, survivors go home with him. Bottles came from the big shop.

Bring cups and balls or there's no beer pong.

Judge appointed day one, offences logged all week — last out of the pool, first asleep, anyone who mentions work. Sentencing Wednesday morning. Zero prep, zero cost.

Needs nothing carried.

Each bar is a hole with an assigned drink and a par, scored on a paper scorecard, Guga off a handicap. Fits Monday exactly because there's no reservation to keep. No scorecard yet — a phone note or a napkin does it.
